Hello radiant light beings!

As the Sun travels into the seventh sign of the zodiac, Libra, the summer season shifts with the Autumnal Equinox, in the Northern Hemisphere. At this exact intersection the Sun, crosses the celestial equator from the north, into the south, similar to how many winged, finned, four legged, and two legged creatures migrate upon the Earth.

Have you ever thought about the word Equinox and what it means? Its origin is based in Latin, aequi = equal, and nox=night.

While you explore this guided journey of harmony and balance, related to the Justice card of the Tarot, you may find yourself seeking balance in your day to day actions, or in your habits, routines or with your relationships.

May this journey begin with where you sit or lie down to meditate, inviting in that which brings you a sense of balance. Is there a favorite tea you’d like to sip before and after your meditation, or perhaps pull a card from your favorite oracle deck before you begin your meditative practice? Or do you have a favorite blanket you can wrap yourself in while you meditate? How can you create a shift in your day from what you’re doing, into your being during your meditation?

Always remember, you are magical, and you are worth it! Your sacred pause is your personal oasis and a gift to yourself, and a gift which benefits all beings and sentience which surrounds you.
